Normally, the carnival takes place annual at Moorlands Park following a parade, in the Rossendale and Hyndburn region of Lancashire.
Bacup & Stacksteads Carnival will be back again in 2022 and will be in Stubbylee & Moorlands Park on Sunday 26th June 2022, after a parade through the town there will be live music, dancing, fun and stalls in the park until around 4pm.
